Bad es adjetivo irregular. El comparativo es 'worse', no 'more bad'. Solo adjetivos regulares forman comparativos con 'more'.
The weather is very bad today, no?→The weather is very bad today, isn't it?
En inglés no se usa 'no' al final de preguntas. Se usan tag questions con formas interrogativas: 'isn't it?', 'doesn't it?', etc.

bad:
Los adjetivos en inglés no cambian por género o número. 'Bad' es igual para singular, plural, masculino y femenino: a bad boy, a bad girl, bad boys, bad girls.
